John Hoffman has worked in the communications industry for over 20 years.  Went to UCR for a while, but left early to start his career in sales & marketing.  He started as an outside sales rep for CMC in 1996, then sold Nextel Communications to businesses, and was at WorldCom just prior to its scandal in the early 2000s. He came to his senses and went to work for his father at CMC once again in 2005, and was a major part of restructuring that Rep. & Distribution company into JHA inc.  

     Aeroflex awarded John with an individual "Sales Representative of the Year Award (The "Go Get Em") at the annual Communications Marketing Association (CMA) Conference in November 2007.

     Jack Hoffman Associates also received the "Manufacturer's Rep. Company of the Year" award from Aeroflex, at the annual CMA conferences in 2005, 2008, 2012, & 2014.  And JHA also received awards for exceeding their target quota by over 110% in 2016, and 2017.

     John won 2nd place in the 2013 Aeroflex National Sales Contest. His father Jack took home the 1st place prize.

     FREEDOM offered JHA the Pacific territory of CA, AZ, & NV when Wallace & Wallace retired and left a vacancy, so they became the reps for FREEDOM in 2018.  They won the "REP OF THE YEAR" award from FREEDOM COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGIES at CMA in 2019.
